This is a course in the Paralegal Studies Program.Study California court rules and procedures, as well as how to properly access and cite those rules and procedures. You learn strategies to locate rules relevant to a variety of situations so that you don't have to rely on mere memorization. You investigate documents and filing procedures in California and should be able to assist attorneys in identifying and applying trial court rules. You also learn about the ongoing educational requirements for paralegals in California.
