Digital Photography Fundamentals
X405 (2 semester units in Architecture)
Digital cameras require the same knowledge, skills, and artistry
as conventional photographic equipment. Learn the basics of
digital cameras through an overview of the fundamentals of
photography and photographic terminology. The instructor
covers the software available for image editing and
demonstrates digital effects you can create with your camera.
You receive one-on-one time with the instructor to help you
learn about your particular make and model of digital camera.
Note: A Digital SLR Camera with interchangeable lenses and "raw capture" capability is recommended but not required.
