This course prepares biopharmaceutical professionals with the necessary project management tools and techniques to manage global projects. Learn how to manage resources across borders to take advantage of the growing opportunities and challenges of clinical trials in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Learn through lectures, case studies, problem sets, class discussion and student projects. Course satisfies a requirement in the Professional Sequence in Project Management for Biopharmaceuticals.

Prerequisites: One year of experience in drug development and project planning or completion of the following courses: Bioscience Essentials for Industry Professionals The Drug Development Process Project Planning and Control
