Video Art
X402 (2 semester units in Art)
This course offers an introduction to the creative process and history of video art. You learn basic video production and post-production skills using Final Cut Pro to create a series of short experimental videos culminating in a final project. You also investigate the world of video art through weekly readings, and screenings.
Note: Bring your video or mini-DV camera to the first class meeting.
