A requirement in the Certificate Program in Human Resource ManagementGet an overview of performance management: its definition, benefits, and how it is applied in most organizations in a course intended for managers and supervisors in companies of all sizes who want to learn more about performance management and how to implement a successful program or partner with line managers to enhance the process. You learn how to develop effective performance management systems that involve goal-setting, coaching and feedback, motivation, measuring performance against goals, performance appraisals, and employee development.
