A requirement in the Certificate Program in Human Resource ManagementCompensation as well as benefits programs need to reflect the changing business landscape and unprecedented organizational challenges. Study total compensation and rewards programs that address a range of monetary and non-monetary options for employees that extend beyond salary compensation and benefits. You learn how to integrate total compensation packages with other basic human resources functions, including recruitment, performance contributions, development, and retention.
