A requirement in the Certificate Program in Human Resource ManagementExplore the strategic role of human resources systems in the effective management of an organization. You learn practical tools to develop a plan to use technology more effectively in the human resources department.
The student must have a basic understanding of computers, and must be comfortable using the Internet to search and perform basic browsing activities.
This course is completely paperless, and in order to succeed, the student must bring a laptop with WiFi capability to every class.
