A requirement in the Certificate Program in Human Resource Management

Explore the strategic role of human resources systems in the effective management of an organization. You learn practical tools to develop a plan to use technology more effectively in the human resources department.

The student must have a basic understanding of computers, and must be comfortable using the Internet to search and perform basic browsing activities.

This course is completely paperless, and in order to succeed, the student must bring a laptop with WiFi capability to every class.

JUN CRUZAT, M.S.I.S.E., manages the human resources systems at Pixar Animation Studios and has more than 15 years of human resources experience. He has led many HR technology initiatives, including co-developing a home-grown HRIS system and leading a transition to Oracle's PeopleSoft product.
