Buzz Sessions Raise Output of Development Teams

In contrast to lengthy project review meetings, modern project buzz sessions deliver immediate and lasting productivity. Buzz sessions are especially useful for cross-functional and large teams, and complement existing project management systems. You learn how to run buzz sessions to optimize individual assignments based on current status, priorities, available resources, and capabilities. Increased productivity comes from less meeting time, aligned priorities, fewer interruptions, and realistic workloads. Real-world software and hardware case histories are provided.
