This advanced course strengthens your ability to lead, motivate, coach, and influence others. It aims to help you gain more self-confidence and self-direction in your business career, and to be more skillful in managing interpersonal conflicts and relationships. This course is applicable to a wide range of fields, such as project management, marketing, engineering, computer technology, manufacturing, architecture, construction, service, government, and biotechnology.
This course builds on Human Factors and Team Dynamics for Project Management (X469.2) to:
- Learn advanced concepts in human factors and provide more practice time to advance your skills in human factors
- Identify your success factors that are most important to your advancement as a career professional
- Show how human factors can be used to maximize your personal effectiveness in leading people, projects and businesses
