Gain a solid understanding in clinical supply management—how to make appropriate clinical trial supplies available for varying clinical studies. You learn how best to align quality and regulatory attributes of supplies with increasingly complex phases of clinical trials, therapeutic areas, and study objectives. You gain a high-level understanding of import/export issues, intellectual property, and comparator sourcing.

ASHOK KATDARE, Ph.D., is vice president of pharmaceutical development at Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where his responsibilities include directing clinical supply for global clinical trials. He developed two professional courses for the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) and taught them all over the world. In addition to several publications, he has published a book titled Excipient Development for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Drug Delivery Systems.NOTE: This class is closed.
