Strategic Marketing 2.0--Social Media and Other Innovative Technologies

A requirement in the Certificate Program in MarketingMaster the next generation of strategic marketing planning and tactics made possible by the latest media channels and technologies. In this course, you learn how to establish realistic business and performance goals; systematically evaluate new technologies, as well as evaluate in-market results against specific return-on-investment metrics. You gain a greatly expanded capability to strategically plan and cost-efficiently execute new-channel programs in tandem with more conventional marketing approaches.
