Technical Documentation for Editors

Intended for working editors and students enrolled in the Professional Sequence in Editing program, this workshop teaches editors how to leverage their training and experience to produce and improve documentation and online content. You review the types of documents and screen content that are commonly produced in software, hardware, and green technology companies. You also examine a variety of research and interview methods and get hands-on demos of software tools. Enrollment is limited.
