Learn empirically supported techniques designed to reduce the manic symptoms of bipolar disorder. Your review uses well-established manuals that cover psychoeducation, life charting, and daily monitoring to identify triggers of manic symptoms and cognitive-behavioral strategies to reduce symptom triggers. You discuss these strategies within a motivational interviewing framework, placing a key emphasis on helping your clients accept and understand the need for change.
