Podcasting for Teachers
(1 semester unit in Education)
Podcasting helps promote collaboration and communication between teachers, students and parents while at the same time enhancing the core curriculum. Learn how easy it is to use podcasting in your classroom in this fun, interactive, and hands-on workshop. By the end of the course you will be able to create a podcast, design an original soundtrack, and broadcast on the Internet.
Prerequisite: Familiarity with computer usage basics and word processing. You use the Apple iLife Suite in class. If you have any questions, please contact the Education Department at (510) 642-1171.

She specializes in teaching educators ways to integrate Web 2.0 technologies into their classrooms. Noyes is the creative director of the digital media company Making Movie Memories, specializing in digital filmmaking.NOTE: This class is closed.
