AMY SKEWES-COX, AICP, has nearly 30 years of experience working with CEQA for new towns, infrastructure, schools, and residential/commercial developments. She began her own consulting business in 1999. Skewes-Cox has a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and a master's degree in landscape architecture/environmental planning, UC Berkeley.
