Learn to provide superior value to your project stakeholders by examining the concept of quality. You learn to apply principles of quality thinking to real projects in this course. You examine the Quality Framework and learn how to bring those concepts to your real-life projects.

Prerequisite: Project Management X470 and Quality Management X470.9.

DOUG HAWLEY, M.B.A., named Honored Instructor in 2007, is northwestern regional manager for ESCO Electronics Corp. He has managed operations, finance, and marketing for companies including Ford Motor Co., Scott Paper, Wells Fargo, and Emerson Electric, and for the U.S. Navy. He serves on the Governor's Task Force on Quality Government.
