A requirement in the Professional Sequence in Project Risk ManagementRisk management connects to all other aspects of project management. It is central to planning and essential to successful project execution. It relates to eight of the nine knowledge areas in the PMI PMBOK and has become fundamental to management at all levels of the organization. Build on the techniques and methods you learned in Project Risk Management (X440.4), focus on the context for project risk management, and learn how to establish effective risk management processes for projects.
Prerequisite: Project Management X470 and Quality Management X470.9.
