Design Presentation Techniques II
X412.9 (2 semester units in Architecture)
A requirement in the Certificate Program in Interior Design and Interior ArchitecturePresentations are visual and verbal explanations of the designer's ideas, point of view, and expressive style. In this course, you gain exposure to a variety of tools and digital programs to enhance standard hand and CAD drawings. These tools are considered the short list of what is expected from you in the field to produce a hybrid graphic that is presentation quality.
Prerequisite: Perspective Drawing X413.4, Design Presentation Techniques I X412.8, AutoCAD Design Studio X437, Perspective Drawing X413.4, or consent of instructor.

SHANNON PRINCE-THOMAS, M.Arch, Associate AIA, is a project designer at STUDIOS Architecture, specializing in educational facilities. She uses her expert knowledge of software applications to produce client presentations, competitions, and working drawings. She teaches presentation techniques at Ca~ada College and is also an advisor to architecture and construction management students at City College of San Francisco.
