Learn Visual Basic (VB) development using Microsoft Visual Studio and focus on VB syntax, logic constructs, application development, exception-handling, and the object-oriented nature of the language. In addition, you get an introduction to debugging VB applications, the .NET Framework, and aspects of the .NET object hierarchy. You also learn how to use VB in a .NET application environment.
Prerequisites: Understanding of C, C++, Java, VB, and/or C# and access to a system compatible with running Windows applications such as 2000/XP/2003/Vista and Visual Studio.
