Recipient of the 2005 PMI Professional Development Product of the Year Award in the Academic CategoryThis 35-hour course prepares you to take the Project Management Professional PMP or Certified Associate Project Manager CAPM examination. The course is taught in hybrid format, which combines online and classroom training. There are four classroom sessions and 10 online sessions. Topics include management of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement. The course also covers ethics and professional responsibility. Attendance is mandatory.
