Perspective Drawing
X413.4 (3 semester units in Architecture)
A requirement in the Certificate Program in Interior Design and Interior ArchitectureLearn the principles of linear perspective drawing that have captivated audiences since the Renaissance. Learn to work within the limitations of computer-generated perspectives to create powerful hybrids of digital rendering and linear perspective. Through historic examples, drawing projects, and Google SketchUp wireframe manipulation, you learn mechanical perspective drawing and how to get the best results from modeling software. Students should be prepared to bring their own laptop to class.
Prerequisite: Drafting X412.2 or consent of instructor.
