Organization Development and Change
X491.2 (2 semester units in Business Administration)
Change is a fact of life in most Bay Area companies. In this course you learn the right way to bring about change in an organization; conventional wisdom does not always lead to good business decisions. Students master a number of change models, develop skills in analyzing the need for introducing change into their organizations, and learn techniques for implementation.
