A requirement in the Certificate Program in College Admissions and Career PlanningGain familiarity with counseling approaches that can be used by counselors, teachers, administrators, and others in K-12 and university settings. You learn and practice the basic tenets of Carkhuff's Human Resource Development (HRD) Model in order to gain competence in the application of basic counseling skills.
