A required course in the California Teaching Credential in Career and Technical Education Professional ProgramInvestigate contemporary policies and teaching practices, as well as the issues, theories, trends, and research currently affecting the field of vocational education. You learn about the overall structure of vocational education, including the range of instructional approaches and material; recruitment, placement, and guidance services; and the role of community and student organizations in enhancing instruction.
Prerequisites: All Level I courses for the California Teaching Credential in Career and Technical Education Program requirements.
