A requirement in the Certificate Program in Facilities ManagementThe critical roles of a company's facilities manager include managing and implementing the real estate master planning process, handling the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned property, and managing the real estate portfolio. This course covers the basic concepts and techniques associated with commercial real estate facilities management.
