Human Anatomy Laboratory

X108 (1 semester unit in Integrative Biology)

Focus on the correlation between the structure and function of the various body systems and examine topics such as the musculoskeletal, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, and reproductive systems. Gain an understanding of how the structures of the various body systems are related to their functions. You also become familiar with dissection and basic microscopic examination of tissues. Biology majors, pre-medical, pre-health students, and those looking for a career change or to refresh their biological knowledge can benefit greatly from this experience.

Prerequisite: General Human Anatomy must be completed with a C or better or taken concurrently.
