(formerly The Psychology of Money)Fear about jobs and present and future finances have become a pervasive source of anxiety and stress, both for the clinician and the client. In relationships, problems around money are significant and it is often rated high on the list of reasons that couples divorce. Discuss practical concerns such as fee-setting and transference issues around money in this workshop. Learn a variety of clinical strategies for helping clients and investigate the emerging field of behavioral finances—the study of how people relate to money and make financial decisions—through lectures, video, case vignettes, guided imagery, and hands-on exercises.
