This is a course in the Paralegal Studies Program.

Learn how to form effective legal contracts, how contracts are performed, the remedies for nonperformance or breach of contract, and third-party contracts. Contracts are involved in virtually every field of law, and the contract drafting, analysis, and litigation skills you learn in this course can be applied to a wide variety of legal situations. You examine different kinds of contracts and draft a contract as part of your study. Note: Online section must be completed within two months of enrollment date.
