You also learn to identify gaps and shortcomings in solutions and determine necessary work-arounds or changes to the solution. Study how business analysts assess deployed solutions to see how well they met the original need of the sponsoring organizations. Examine underlying competencies such as behaviors, knowledge and other characteristics that support the effective performance of business analysis. Gain the training and knowledge necessary to become a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®). Those who intend to sit for the CBAP exam should also meet the IIBA® testing requirements.
