A requirement in the Professional Program in Quantitative AnalysisLearn to perform financial data analysis and business modeling using the Microsoft Excel analytics package. Examine how to evaluate investments with net present value (NPV) criteria or internal rate of return (IRR). Make financial decisions using the PV, FV, PMP, PPMT, and IPMT functions in Excel. Through lectures, discussion, and in-class examples, you learn to build analytical models to help your employer increase profits, reduce costs, or manage operations more efficiently.

- Spring term: Enrollment opens in early December. Classes begin in January.
