Larry O'Connell, M.A., M.S., M.B.A., has more than 25 years of experience in business, government and nonprofit organizations. In addition to his work as the project manager for major infrastructure projects, including a nuclear power plant, he has prepared multimillion-dollar capital and operating budgets for long-range projects and allocated monetary resources in the corporate sector and governmental sectors. He serves on several nonprofit boards, and provides literacy training courses to underserved high school students in concert with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He has taught for more than 20 years at the university level.
