A requirement in the certificate programs in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting and Planning concentrations, and in Accounting

Focus on the effective analysis of financial statements by integrating the concepts and principles learned in previous accounting courses. Examine the analytical tools to assess a company’s performance, the concept of quality of earnings, approaches to valuation and other issues.

Prerequisites: Introduction to Financial Accounting XB102A, access to Microsoft Excel and basic Excel skills

Spring term: Enrollment opens in early December. Classes begin in January.
Summer term: Enrollment opens in early April. Classes begin in late May.
Fall term: Enrollment opens in early July. Classes begin in August.
