Program Dates and Application Deadlines

If you're coming to Berkeley from your home country, use the Overseas Deadline. If you're already in the U.S. and transferring from another school, refer to the Transfer Deadline.

Due to lengthy visa appointment and processing times (up to 30 days in some countries), we recommend that you send us your complete application as soon as possible.

Notice of Acceptance

The full application review process can take three to four weeks. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, in the order they are received, and only complete applications are reviewed. IDP courses can fill before the application deadline, so send your completed application as soon as possible. You will be notified by mail regarding your acceptance status and further instructions.
