Registration information
To assure your participation, please register as soon as possible. Upon request, places in the conference may be reserved for individuals who require time to obtain authorization. To reserve a place call (510) 642-4151 or fax (510) 642-6027.
Conference Fee
The fee for the conference is $640. Fee includes all technical sessions, Monday evening reception, lunches and refreshment breaks each day, vendor display and reception, and one copy of the conference proceedings. Registration is limited and preference will be given to those presenting papers.
Currently enrolled graduate students are entitled to a special fee of $395. Please fax a copy of your current student card to Melody Wells at (510) 642-6027 when you register.

By mail: Please print out, complete, and return the registration form.
By phone: You may register by phone if you use MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Diners Club; call (510) 642-4111.
By purchase order: Companies, agencies, and other organizations in the U.S. or with a U.S. billing address may pay registration fees by purchase order (unfortunately we cannot accept foreign purchase orders). Fax registration form and purchase order to (510) 642-3910.
Registration forms must be accompanied by the full fee or by an authorized purchase order. You may pay by check or use MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Diners Club. Make checks payable to the UC Regents.
Refund policy: If you register and then cannot attend, you may request a refund. Refund requests received on or before September 21, 2009, are subject to a processing fee of $50. Refunds requested September 22 through October 5, 2009 are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made after October 5, 2009. You may substitute someone in your place at any time without penalty. If it is necessary for UC Berkeley Extension to cancel a course or event, the full fee will be refunded. We do not refund travel or accommodation costs or any expense other than the full fee in the event of cancellation.
