FPF Staff

Our staff works year-round to provide the best possible experience for UC Berkeley Spring Admits during the fall term. Meera and Kai are the primary academic advisers for the program and you will get a chance to meet with us when you arrive at Berkeley. Please use our website to find the information you need.

Liz McDonough, Academic Coordinator of Courses and Instruction
Liz is also the Program Director for the Writing and Editing Programs at UC Berkeley Extension. She is a Berkeley native and has worked for Extension since 1990. She juggles her work schedule with her duties as a mom of two active boys.

Livier Bejinez, Administrative Director
Aside from overseeing the day-to-day operations of FPF, Livier enjoys the outdoors, eating out, and spending time with friends and family. Random fact: Livier "escaped" from Alcatraz by swimming to San Francisco in just over 45 minutes.

Kai Morrison, Program Assistant
When not at FPF, Kai puts his BA in acting to good use in theaters around the Bay Area and choreographs fight scenes for stage and film. Otherwise, he is a board game designer and a huge geek. Random fact: Kai is an expert "Rock Band" guitarist, but has yet to learn how to play an actual guitar.

Meera Garud, Student Affairs Officer
Meera loves UC Berkeley so much that after graduation from Cal, she stuck around to support the University. Complementing her BA in development studies, Meera travels internationally every chance she gets.
