Dates
- Oct. 1, 2012: Priority enrollment opens for returning participants
- Oct. 19, 2012: Enrollment opens
- April 6, 2013: Full course fees due for all enrollments
- May 31, 2013: Late enrollment closes (late enrollment accepted only on a space-available basis)
- July 15–Aug. 3, 2013: Program dates
Seminars are restricted to a maximum of 12 students, so enroll early to secure your place.
Fees
- $6,125: Program fee (includes tuition, single room, weekday meals and weekend breakfast)
- $926 supplemental: Private bath (limited availability; fill in checkbox on enrollment form)
- $120–$320: Field trip fee (do not include with enrollment; field trip fees are paid directly to Oxford on arrival)
Refund Deadlines
- Feb. 17, 2013: Refund less $200 administration fee
- April 6, 2013: Refund less $500 administration fee
- After April 6, 2013: No refunds available
Vacation Cancellation Insurance
UC Berkeley Extension strongly recommends the purchase of vacation cancellation insurance. Information is available from Clark Schafer, (800) 540-3366, at Travel Insurance Company, 610 16th St., Suite 508, Oakland, CA 94612 or from your own travel agent.
Cancellation Policy
UC Berkeley Extension reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or other extraordinary circumstances, in which case, all program fees are refundable. UC Berkeley Extension is not responsible for nonrefundable air ticket costs or any other travel or accommodation costs not included in the program fee.
UC Berkeley Extension reserves the right to refuse any person as a participant in its Oxford Berkeley Program or to require any participant to withdraw from the Oxford Berkeley Program when such action is determined by a UC Berkeley Extension representative to be in the best interests of the health, safety or general welfare of the individual or the other participants.
