Systems analysis is expected to be among the fastest-growing occupations through 2010, according to the U.S. Department of Labor. Prepare yourself for entry into this dynamic field. Our three-course curriculum focuses on the techniques and approaches used by professional analysts when they develop effective business information systems. Learn the critical aspects of all phases of the system development cycle and be able to apply your knowledge successfully to the planning, analysis, design, and implementation of new systems in the business environment.

The professional sequence consists of three required courses for a total of 120 hours: All coursework must be completed within two years, with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 and no grade lower than a C in any course.

On successful completion of all three courses, you are awarded a certificate of completion from UC Berkeley Extension.
