Course DescriptionThis 35-hour course prepares you to take the Project Management Institute (PMI®) Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM®)examination. Topics include management of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management. The course also covers ethics and professional responsibility. In addition to in-depth coverage of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) 5th Edition (Project Management, Inc., 2013), you analyze sample exam questions, and learn tips and tricks to help you pass each exam. Chat room interaction, teleconferences with the instructor, virtual desktop sharing (with audio) and threaded discussions allow you to experience the full multimedia of this course.
