    The Professional Program in Women and Leadership provides concrete skills for using power and influence successfully in everyday work situations. Designed for women seeking advancement to leadership positions, the three-course sequence encourages women to lead business teams with honesty, respect, courage and compassion.     Who Will Benefit

    This program is ideal if you are a woman in a management or leadership position or in transition to a management or leadership position. It's also useful if you are a female professional who desires to learn more about effective and compassionate leadership.

    Prerequisites for Admission

    There are no prerequisites for the Professional Program in Women and Leadership, but a bachelor's degree is recommended.

    Curriculum Requirements

    The curriculum consists of 3 required courses for a total of 6 semester units (90 hours of instruction). Candidates must pay a nonrefundable program registration fee.

    All coursework must be completed within three years of registering for the program. However, requirements may be updated based on new developments in the field of study; we recommend completing the curriculum in a timely fashion.     How to Register for a Specialized Program of Study

    By registering, you declare your intention to complete the curriculum. To register for the Professional Program in Women and Leadership, submit the online registration form with your credit card information or complete the mail-in registration form. The registration fee is nonrefundable.

    Estimated Cost

    Each course is priced individually, and you pay the course fee at the time of enrollment. Tthe program has an estimated cost of $1,975 (not including course materials or registration fee). Course fees are subject to change.
