Advanced Bioscience

The life science industries are ever changing, often so fast that you need additional education to keep up with the latest developments. Stay current with courses from UC Berkeley Extension, whether you need to update previous academic training or prepare for a career in a new field of scientific expertise. Extension courses and programs provide practical knowledge on advanced life science topics such as stem cell research, molecular pharmacology, synthetic biology and more.

Classes are regularly offered in multiple locations throughout the Bay Area, including convenient locations in Berkeley, San Francisco and Belmont. For even greater flexibility, many classes are also routinely offered online.
