Course Objectives
As a result of your participation in this workshop, you will:
- Identify a variety of evidence-based mindfulness exercises and skills that you can share with your clients and practice in your own life.
- Assess your awareness of mindfulness for supporting your clients to regulate emotions, work with obsessive thoughts, addictions, eating, grief and loss.
- Learn the foundations of mindfulness for yourself and your clients to train the mind, open the heart, and nourish the body to bring greater balance and contentment.
- Experience the important skill of self-awareness so that you and your clients have more choice in how they respond and gain more freedom in their choice.
- Describe the four keys to changing habits for good.
