Maki Boyle, Neighborhood Design Studio
I am inspired by my students and I hope to kindle each one's passion for landscape architecture. I consider my job to listen and take cues, offer suggestions when the time is right, and support the design process in a way that nurtures the student's style, spirit, strength and ability. I've found that the most creative and innovative projects don't happen when being taught, but when explored hand-in-hand with dutiful curiosity. My approach has always been, and always will be, about the student: Their success is my own.
