Step 1: Prepare Your Documentation

Director Letter of Support
You will need the director of your organization to sign this letter of support to complete your application.
Use the following format when naming your files: firstnamelastnameletterofsupportFVM.pdf.

Step 2: Create a Free Student Profile

If you are new to UC Berkeley or UC Berkeley Extension, you will be prompted to create a free online student profile when you click 'start' below.

If you already have an Extension student account, log in and continue with the application.

Step 3: Complete Your Application

Once you are logged in to your Extension online student account, you can begin the application.

Your application can always be found under "My Applications and Registrations" in the account menu.

Please note that registration in this course is contingent upon completion of the application and acceptance.  All applications must be submitted by Sunday, March 3rd, 2024 at 5:00 PM PST.
