Prerequisites

You must have completed our Certificate Program in Project Management.

All other students should register for the Professional Sequence in Agile Management.

Curriculum Requirements

The curriculum requires three classes for a total of 90 hours of instruction:

  • Agile Management: Principles and Practices
  • Agile Product Ownership
  • Agile Delivery Management

Students who have completed Agile Management: Principles and Practices BUS ADM X486.1 as part of their Certificate in Project Management may apply those two credits to the overall curriculum requirements, reducing the number of courses to two.

You must take all courses for a letter grade and you have three years to complete your classes. To receive the Award of Completion, you must maintain an overall minimum 2.5 grade point average (GPA), with a grade of C or better in each course.

How to Register

By registering, your declare your intention to complete the curriculum. To apply online, complete these two steps:

  1. Submit the online application. You will need to log in to your Student Account.
  2. Pay the $100 non-refundable application fee through the shopping cart.

Estimated Cost

Each course is priced individually and you pay the course fee at the time of enrollment. The program has an approximate cost of $2,700, depending on courses selected. This cost does not include course materials or the application fee. Course fees are subject to change.

Certificate and Award Request

Congratulations! After you have completed the program’s coursework, email us at extension-business@berkeley.edu or call (510) 4231 and let us know that you have completed the curriculum and are requesting your award. After your records have been reviewed, verified and approved (usually within two to three weeks), your Award of Completion will be mailed to you.
