Transformation in business and society requires leaders and managers to fully participate in discussions on data and automation to effectively lead digital transformation. In this course, you design a lean and scalable data process, which produces fast and accurate analytics to support daily decision-making. You learn how to use raw data to discover where you need to focus your attention as leaders, how to connect financial and operational data to identify where your actions are required, and how to use a wide variety of metrics to understand what drives your activities. You work with real data sets to learn how to formulate pertinent questions that guide effective data analysis that leads to operational results. You learn how to research relevant data and design an efficient data collection process that will prepare the data for easier, higher-quality connections and calculations. The course curriculum also explores machine-learning algorithms that detect signals in noisy data.
