Berkeley Global
The goal of this course is to successfully migrate its participants from a theoretical academic framework to a practical workplace framework. The course will consist of an assortment of classes, workshops and activities designed to prepare the participants for the North American workplace. Participants will be instructed and guided through relevant topics on leadership skills needed in today’s workplace and the content needed to build those skills in order to successfully transition into full-time employment. Participants will be exposed to a dynamic range of topics and themes relevant to those making a transition into a new professional career and/or enhancing skills to grow within their current professional career. Written and oral communication skills will be further strengthened, and an emphasis will be placed on strategic skills on leadership, building on previous career management skills.
