A successful project manager relies on an effective management process and a project baseline plan to monitor progress, identify variances and take action to mitigate the impact of problems. Learn how to manage project execution through completion and evaluation. You also explore the tools and techniques for project control, and build on processes you learned in Project Management BUS ADM X470. We recommend that students pursuing a certificate in project management complete this as their final course.
Prerequisites:
To succeed in this course, it is recommended that students first complete a foundational course in project management, such as Project Management BUS ADM X470, or have professional experience in the field of project management.
