Tod Zuckerman, J.D., Extension Honored Instructor, has practiced in the areas of insurance coverage and environmental law since 1980. He has been a prosecutor, defense counsel, author and general practitioner. His teaching subjects include environmental, contract, insurance and business law. Zuckerman is the co-author of Environmental Liability Allocation: Law and Practice, 2013 ed. (Thomson West, 2013) as well as numerous other legal works.
