This is a fixed-date class with asynchronous, online instruction. 

Student will receive access to their online section within the Canvas Learning Management System on the scheduled start date. There are weekly deadlines for assignments, and students will complete assignments within the specific dates posted in their online class.

This course includes a team project. Students will be grouped into work teams, and will be required to coordinate and work effectively with their peers.

Brian Harman

Brian M. Harman, B.S., M.B.A., Ph.D., completed his bachelor's degree in management and his M.B.A at Pepperdine University, and then traveled abroad to study global enterprise management and executive leadership at the University of Oxford. Harman's doctorate is in global leadership and change, with a dissertation research focus on workplace trust and humor. He spent 15 years in strategic operations and supply chain management within the construction and biotechnology industries, and has worked in North America, Peru, China, India and the U.K. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he believes that personal leadership and process excellence are pillars to professional success. Harman currently works as an executive coach and continues to conduct empirical research in the field of workplace trust.
