This course will provide practical information that will help you advance your career, including networking, coaching, organizational politics, non-defensive communication, negotiation, public speaking and managing up. Through lecture, discussion and interactive exercises, you will learn skills that will help you excel in today’s workplace and apply high standards of ethical practice and compassionate leadership.
